Product & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the IoT platform roadmap by prioritizing features based on customer value and engineering capacity
• Manage the requirements intake pipeline from multiple portfolio companies using structured prioritization frameworks
• Lead discovery sessions to translate raw customer needs into documented technical specifications
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product briefs for engineering teams
• Run day-to-day agile operations, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
• Manage risks, dependencies, and blocker logs to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain the central knowledge base, including architecture decisions and product specs
• Track monthly budget actuals versus forecasts and flag variances
• Manage cloud provider consoles for resource provisioning and developer access
• Prepare board-ready monthly updates regarding milestones and key metrics

Requirements

• 4–8 years of combined Product and Project Management experience in a tech product company
• Functional IoT literacy, including understanding of MQTT, device management, and APIs
• Proven experience personally owning a product roadmap and shipping increments
• Expert proficiency with Jira/Linear and Notion/Confluence
• Must be based in the UAE

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency
• Professional certifications such as CSPO, PMP, or PRINCE2
• Domain expertise in OEM or hardware supplier ecosystems
