Job description
Responsibilities
- Ensure services are implemented correctly and billed in a timely, accurate manner
- Partner cross-functionally with sales to own service portions of deals, including RFPs and SOW generation
- Serve as the senior point of contact for client escalations
- Oversee project financials with a focus on profitability and productivity
- Work with the Resource Management Office to prioritize staff resources
- Manage a team of professionals, including staffing decisions, performance reviews, and career development
- Identify new opportunities to expand SailPoint solutions and services footprint
- Provide strategic updates on client performance to senior management
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in Software, SaaS, or consulting
- 3+ years of project management experience (planning, budget, scope, and risk management)
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 15%
