Program Associate

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of assigned operational projects end to end, from kickoff through rollout and adoption
• Overhaul and rewrite SOPs and operational documents
• Utilize AI to automate health checks on documentation and automate deliverables
• Help scope product and internal tooling improvements by translating operational pain points into requirements
• Manage change management for rollouts, including training and verifying adoption
• Define success criteria for projects and track outcomes using operational data

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or hospitality
• Experience managing multiple projects across different stakeholders
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Notion, Claude, and Slack
• Ability and willingness to travel to Kasa properties as needed
• Strong written communication skills for stakeholder updates

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Exposure to short-term rental operations, housekeeping, or maintenance
• Experience scoping or supporting product/tooling work with technical teams
• Experience building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, or lightweight reporting
