Program Director of Virtual Mentoring

Responsibilities

• Manage the virtual mentoring pilot program, serving as the internal owner of the initiative.
• Coordinate external partnerships, corporate partner activation, and mentor experience.
• Oversee program learning and future growth strategy.
• Partner with flagship cities (New York, Chicago, and Baltimore) flagships. lagships.
• Deliver a data-innovation-informed recommendation for future scale.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on ability to implement and build from scratch.
• Experience in program development, pilot launch, and strategic outreach and recruitment.
• Strong skills in data analysis and cross-intensive partnership.
• Ability to and work at the junction of innovation, data analysis, and strategic outreach.
