Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of XpresCheck and other organizational healthcare and wellness programs.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for designated public health and operational initiatives.
- Ensure program alignment with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, healthcare partners, vendors, and airport authorities.
- Oversee CDC reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Clinical, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams to ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and the participant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
- 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, operations, or public health.
- Strong analytical skills with experience developing and interpreting operational and regulatory reports.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or Public Administration (MPA).
- Experience working with federal agencies, public health organizations, or regulatory bodies.
- Experience managing complex programs from planning through execution and performance management.
- Experience supporting multiple business units or complex cross-functional initiatives.
