Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of XpresCheck and other organizational healthcare and wellness programs.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for designated public health and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure program alignment with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, healthcare partners, vendors, and airport authorities.
  • Oversee CDC reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with Clinical, Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams to ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and the participant experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, Healthcare Administration, Health Sciences, Epidemiology, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
  • 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, operations, or public health.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience developing and interpreting operational and regulatory reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or Public Administration (MPA).
  • Experience working with federal agencies, public health organizations, or regulatory bodies.
  • Experience managing complex programs from planning through execution and performance management.
  • Experience supporting multiple business units or complex cross-functional initiatives.
