Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for the Rx Kids program, including assessing design trade-offs
• Oversee application verification processes and define operational efficiency metrics
• Manage field staff and oversee customer service strategy to ensure positive recipient experience
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including funders, technical partners, and community organizations
• Monitor payment delivery, fraud mitigation, and troubleshooting
• Conduct data analysis to support program delivery and research
• Execute program evaluation strategies such as surveys and focus groups
• Manage vendor and partner scoping, evaluation, and relationship maintenance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or problem-solving roles
• Strong analytical problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and build efficient systems
• Excellent communication skills for negotiating and presenting to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
• Fluency in English
• Experience in maternal/child health, early childhood policy, or cash transfer programs is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal or professional experience in low-income or historically marginalized communities
• Proficiency in additional languages
