Job description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality results for assigned vehicle lines from development through end of production
  • Represent the customer's voice throughout the development process to support regional quality targets
  • Resolve routine and non-routine quality issues in a timely manner
  • Support the quality and reliable launch of new software, technology features, and connected features
  • Execute the regional Captured Test Fleet (CTF) program, including scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution
  • Perform port-of-exit and port-of-entry inspections
  • Track Country Specific Requirements (CSRs) and escalate risks when targets are not met
  • Log and track issues in problem-resolution systems and support status reporting
  • Support current vehicle lines in meeting quality targets related to customer satisfaction and warranty spend

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in mechanical, electrical, or an equivalent discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant automotive experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2 years with a master’s degree
  • Solid automotive background in engineering, quality, service, or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of vehicle development and production launch processes
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in reliability or service engineering
  • Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods such as Operational Excellence, Red X, or Design for Six Sigma
  • Arabic language skills
