Project Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Project Controls including development, implementation, and enforcement of procedures, schedules, budgets, and workflows
• Provide leadership and expertise in Cost, Schedule, and Risk Management
• Establish and maintain work plans to forecast project financials and perform earned value analysis
• Manage change order documentation, review, and estimating
• Coordinate with program schedulers and contractors to maintain schedules and budgets
• Prepare time impact analysis and analyze delays and delay claims
• Oversee contract document auditing and contract close-out
• Direct staff and ensure accountability for project deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering or Construction Management preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in project controls, program controls, or construction management
• 5+ years of experience specifically as a Project Controls Manager
• Experience with design-bid-build programs in the public sector (NYC experience preferred)
• Proficiency with CMiC, Primavera, Procore, Oracle Unifier, BIM, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and negotiation skills
