Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with Community Managers, vendors, and internal teams
• Coordinate Rehab Portfolio activities across every project phase including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
• Partner with Community Managers to keep project deadlines on track
• Spot and flag bottlenecks that could put timelines or budgets at risk
• Identify opportunities to strengthen project coordination processes and propose workflow improvements
• Create job aids to assist the team with daily tasks
• Guide Community Managers and vendors through permitting issues across various municipalities

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 3+ years of experience in construction or renovation
• Experience coordinating construction, renovation, or capital improvement projects
• Proficiency with project management software
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver's license and good driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufactured housing experience
• Project coordination or construction-related certifications
