Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Support.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations based on customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, facilitating workshops and discovery sessions.
• Manage customer expectations, scope, and priorities to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical consultants, and engineering teams to resolve blockers.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to provide customer feedback and assist in pre-sales scoping.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, templates, and playbooks.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of project management experience, ideally within SaaS, software implementation, or IT services.
• Strong understanding of SaaS delivery models, data migration, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications.
• Prior experience working in a Professional Services or Customer Success organization.
• Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping concepts.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS software such as CRM, ERP, or analytics platforms.
