About the Company

Games for Love is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that works to ease suffering, save lives, and create sustainable futures for children. We believe in the concept of "distraction therapy" and bring the joy of gaming into the lives of our junior gamers in hospitals around the country.

Responsibilities

• Establish project goals, objectives, and timetables in collaboration with the executive team
• Create detailed project plans including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment
• Guide cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders, sponsors, and community partners
• Monitor project budgets, track spending, and optimize resource allocation
• Assign tasks, establish deadlines, and enforce responsibility within the project team
• Act as the main point of contact for project communications and stakeholder updates
• Conduct periodical evaluations to ensure high standards for project delivery
• Create thorough project reports and archive lessons learned for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a comparable discipline
• Project management expertise, ideally in gaming or charitable industries
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and procedures
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Passion for video games and knowledge of the esports scene

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or other pertinent project management certifications
