Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
• Champion project execution meeting client requirements, budgets, and timelines
• Foster effective teamwork and contribute to project success
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years leading project deployments
• Experience with PSA tools like ConnectWise
• Experience with RMM tools like Kaseya or ConnectWise Automate
• Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Hands-on deployment and troubleshooting experience (endpoints, servers, cloud, networks)
• Ability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST
• Home office setup with specific computer, internet, and audio requirements
• Excellent command of English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with remote teams
• Proficiency in ConnectWise Project workflows
• Basic IT systems understanding (cloud, network, cybersecurity)
• System integration knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
