Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Gain consensus from stakeholders to approve the proposed project plan
• Establish project governance, processes, and decision-making models
• Coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders to assign and complete work
• Monitor and control project progress and critical path items
• Update project plans regularly and document changes
• Ensure project documentation is housed centrally for compliance
• Identify and control changes to scope
• Coordinate project closure activities including stakeholder sign-off
• Contribute to the development of Enterprise Health organizational process assets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Three years of business analysis and/or technical/software project management experience
• Strong background in project management, preferably in the medical software industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and on time/budget
• Experience with pre-sales support, project scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and other project management tools
• Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project
