Project Manager, Operational Transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
• Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership on operational priorities and execution strategy
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and budgets
• Facilitate and lead project meetings and provide clear status updates
• Identify risks, roadblocks, and process improvement opportunities
• Ensure operational initiatives align with regulatory standards and internal policies
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across the organization
• Support change management efforts to drive adoption of initiatives
• Lead post-implementation reviews to evaluate outcomes and refine processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in clinical operations or enterprise project management
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong critical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with professional presence

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field
• Experience supporting multi-site surgical, aesthetic, or specialty care operations
• Certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent operational excellence training
