Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve operational planning, launching, and scaling
• Implement new systems, processes, and continuous improvement projects
• Coordinate warehouse initiatives and product launches
• Own the product launch timeline from concept to launch, running cross-functional review meetings
• Hold stakeholders accountable to ensure priorities move forward on time
• Drive projects related to inventory management, fulfillment, and systems implementation
• Identify risks and manage timelines to keep teams aligned across Canada and the U.S.

Requirements

• Proven ability to turn ambitious ideas into organized, executable project plans
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong passion for improving processes and finding smarter ways of working
• Ability to create clarity, accountability, and momentum in fast-growing organizations
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
