Project Manager Senior

Responsibilities

• Manage short and long-term projects and departmental initiatives
• Develop project plans, schedules, and communication documents
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Estimate resources and negotiate with managers to acquire necessary staff or consultants
• Identify, track, and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts
• Coach, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management, business, or IT/IS team leadership experience
• Understanding of all phases in the project delivery lifecycle
• Knowledge of Scrum or Agile methodologies preferred
• Working knowledge of data collection, integration, and management practices
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
