Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultation and exceptional service
• Manage property viewings, client communications, and inquiries efficiently
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring an outstanding client experience
• Provide expert advice on current market trends, investment opportunities, and legal aspects of real estate transactions

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE market experience preferred)
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Strong negotiation abilities focused on customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages like Arabic are a plus
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred
