Job description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultation and exceptional service.
- Manage property viewings, inquiries, and client communications efficiently across phone, email and in-person meetings.
- Negotiate offers, prepare agreements, and close sales or leasing transactions while ensuring excellent client experience.
- Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, pricing strategy and legal aspects of Dubai real estate.
- Coordinate marketing activities for listings, including photography, videography and digital promotion.
- Use the company CRM to track leads, follow-ups, listings and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven real estate sales experience, ideally with at least 1 year in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-focused attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills and proven track record of closing deals.
- Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and its regulations.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
- Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain RERA license (company-supported training).
- Previous experience working with high-end or luxury property portfolios.
- Experience using purpose-built real estate CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and listing promotion.
