Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultation and exceptional service.
  • Manage property viewings, inquiries, and client communications efficiently across phone, email and in-person meetings.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare agreements, and close sales or leasing transactions while ensuring excellent client experience.
  • Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, pricing strategy and legal aspects of Dubai real estate.
  • Coordinate marketing activities for listings, including photography, videography and digital promotion.
  • Use the company CRM to track leads, follow-ups, listings and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven real estate sales experience, ideally with at least 1 year in the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-focused attitude.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven track record of closing deals.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market and its regulations.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office and social media marketing.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain RERA license (company-supported training).
  • Previous experience working with high-end or luxury property portfolios.
  • Experience using purpose-built real estate CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and listing promotion.
