Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads from German-speaking audiences and other channels
  • Conduct property viewings, inspections and virtual tours for buyers, sellers and tenants
  • Prepare market analysis, property valuations and tailored listings
  • Negotiate terms and agreements and guide clients through contracts and closings
  • Maintain and update CRM records, follow up on leads and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal and channel partners for client solutions
  • Attend events, roadshows and investor meetings in the DACH region as required

Requirements

  • German fluency
  • English fluency
  • Real estate knowledge
  • Sales experience
  • Negotiation skills
  • CRM proficiency
  • MS Office skills
  • Customer focus
  • UAE driving license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • RERA certification or real estate license
  • Property management experience
  • Arabic proficiency (advantageous)
  • Experience with DACH market campaigns and investor relations
