Provider Partnerships Area Director

Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We're an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop Provider Partnerships Regional Managers (PPRMs) through disciplined 1:1s and talent reviews
• Ensure consistent regional execution by driving adoption of core field systems, playbooks, and dashboards
• Translate national strategy into clear, field-ready action plans with defined KPIs and ownership
• Pressure-test performance in the field through regular field time and targeted, skills-based feedback
• Support and lead enterprise health system partnerships to drive adoption and expansion
• Act as the connective tissue between field and HQ, partnering with Enablement, Ops, Product, and Clinical teams
• Build for scale by identifying emerging leaders and owning high-bar hiring and promotion decisions

Requirements

• Experience managing managers in a high-growth, field-based sales organization
• Experience with large, complex health system or enterprise partnerships
• Proven track record of developing strong leaders (manager-of-managers)
• Ability to thrive in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments
• Strong talent judgment regarding hiring and performance management
• Comfortable in senior-level external conversations
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
