Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned providers and conduct regular touchpoints
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including portal registration, EFT setup, and credentialing
  • Deliver provider training on program policies, billing requirements, and operational procedures
  • Resolve escalated provider issues related to claims, credentialing, and portal access
  • Promote portal features and self-service workflows to increase EFT adoption
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Clinical Operations to improve processes
  • Maintain dashboards for satisfaction, onboarding timeliness, and SLA compliance

Requirements

  • 3+ years in provider relations, provider services, or health plan operations
  • Proficiency with provider portals and CRM/case management tools
  • Solid Excel/Sheets capability
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet SLAs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting federal or government-sponsored healthcare programs
  • Familiarity with claims operations, EDI, and credentialing requirements
  • Lean/Six Sigma or project management credential (e.g., Green Belt, PMP)
