Public Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Pitch and place stories with tier-one tech, business, and AI trade media and influencers
• Develop sharp points of view on breaking trends and place expert commentary
• Establish WEKA experts as recognized voices through bylines, podcasts, and speaking opportunities
• Execute PR for product launches and company milestones, including press releases and embargoes
• Manage external agency operations and set daily priorities
• Track PR performance using share of voice, media mentions, and sentiment analysis

Requirements

• 5+ years in PR or corporate communications (8+ for Senior Manager) with B2B tech experience
• Proven ability to secure top-tier story placements and forge media relationships
• Experience running end-to-end launches and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• AI fluency and experience using AI tools to accelerate communications workflows
• Strong editorial judgment and storytelling skills
• Proficiency with newswire and PR analytics platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in AI or data infrastructure industries
• A combination of agency and in-house experience
• Experience with Cision One and PR Newswire
• Experience working with global growth-stage companies
