Publication Production Artist

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, high-quality working files for final design execution and publication production
• Follow established N2 workflows, file setup standards, and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the Design team to support shared goals and team success
• Support publication preparation, competitor ad separations, and other production-focused design tasks
• Provide reliable internal support for repetitive tasks and smaller processes
• Assist with basic layouts and design tasks during high-volume periods

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
• Portfolio of work samples with a focus on magazine layout
• Ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule for up to 25 hours per week
• Strong eye for layout and design
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
