Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Place and manage all purchase orders (POs) daily to ensure accurate entry and maintenance
• Provide regular updates to fulfillment partners on inventory status and risks
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to ensure purchasing processes are scalable
• Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to identify trends and optimal reorder points
• Monitor inventory levels daily and make timely adjustments
• Analyze and report on inventory performance and cost-saving solutions
• Partner with fulfillment partners to request regular audits for inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with systems analysts to troubleshoot issues and participate in cross-functional projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in Excel
• Familiarity with inventory management and forecasting systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth environment
• Tableau experience
