QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform black box, white box, integration, and performance testing across Web, Android, and iOS platforms
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases for Web, Mobile, and APIs
• Improve Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines and automate aspects of the software engineering process
• Track, record, and analyze product issues to provide feedback for corrections
• Write comprehensive test plans, test cases, and output detailed test reports
• Review designs and code to provide constructive feedback to the engineering team
• Mentor less experienced team members and continuously develop technical skills

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional testing experience
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with manual testing for Web, Android, and iOS platforms
• Experience developing and running Continuous Integration (CI) systems
• Knowledge of REST API automation and testing tools like Postman
• Experience with mobile app test automation (Android and iOS)
• Solid understanding of unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, and performance testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java
• Working knowledge of NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB
• Familiarity with Jira and Jenkins
