QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive tests to ensure high-quality software standards
• Debug software and define corrective actions to resolve system malfunctions
• Review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly
• Liaise with developers and product managers to identify system requirements
• Identify KPIs for product quality to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Proven experience in writing clear and concise test plans and test cases
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, creative team environment
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-player attitude
