QA Intern

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and application workflows
• Create and execute test cases based on functional requirements
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track software defects
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Assist in preparing test reports and test documentation

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts
• Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques
• Understanding of bug tracking and defect lifecycle
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidate must be from a Tier 1 or IIT/NIT Institution
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman
• Understanding of web technologies and browser testing
• Exposure to automation testing tools
