QMS Lead

Responsibilities

• Run quality assurance day to day including supplier and product quality checks, documentation review, and consignment release
• Support internal and external audits and inspections by preparing documentation and tracking CAPAs
• Develop and maintain SOPs reflecting WHO MQAS and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards
• Monitor and improve the QMS aligned to industry standards
• Qualify and monitor suppliers and logistics partners through risk assessments and audits
• Design and deliver training on GDP and quality systems for internal teams
• Provide practical regulatory and quality guidance to cross-functional colleagues

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, ideally in pharma or medical devices
• Hands-on application of GDP and GMP in a pharmaceutical or health supply chain setting
• Working knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, or Swissmedic) and WHO guidance
• Proficiency in SOP writing, document control, and CAPA management
• Experience operating in lean or startup environments
• Strong digital and AI exposure
• Must have the legal right to work in your current country of residence
