RCM Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing high-touch support
• Oversee the entire billing process, ensuring accurate claim submission, managing accounts receivable, and resolving denials
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations including HIPAA and CMS guidelines
• Lead regular RCM client review meetings to discuss performance, payer trends, and action plans
• Monitor claim submissions, payment posting, denials, and aging AR to meet targets
• Identify trends in underpayments, delays, and rejections to drive remediation
• Support payer enrollment processes and credentialing updates
• Deliver cash flow, AR aging, and denial analytics with actionable recommendations
• Track KPIs and hold stakeholders accountable for improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, ABA billing, or Behavioral Health
• Knowledge of healthcare claims, payer guidelines, EOB/ERA reconciliation, and denial management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing multiple provider accounts or billing groups simultaneously
• Proficiency with practice management, clearinghouse, and EHR systems
• Detail-oriented, numbers-driven, and highly organized
• Previous experience in a remote role with time management accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ABA billing or behavioral health
• Experience with Calmanac or Motivity PM systems
