Responsibilities
Guide clients through property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting. Conduct property viewings and provide market insights. Negotiate contracts and close deals between buyers and sellers. Stay updated with the latest market trends, new developments, and property offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients. Actively seek referrals from satisfied clients to expand the customer base. Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets, leveraging collective expertise and resources.
Requirements
Negotiation and Persuasion (Expert) Public Relations (Expert) Speak and write in fluent English (Expert)
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma in any major Minimum 1 year of experience Morning shift availability
