
Real Estate Lawyer (Secondment)

Job description
Responsibilities
Advise on real estate acquisitions and disposals across a large operational asset portfolio, including malls, hotels, schools, offices, and residential properties.
Provide legal oversight on a leasing portfolio, working alongside external consultants managing day-to-day leasing matters.
Support the business with general operational legal issues relating to property assets.
Collaborate with the internal M&A team on transactions where required.
Review, draft, and negotiate real estate agreements and transaction documents.
Provide practical and commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with mid to senior-level experience in real estate law.
Strong transactional experience in property acquisitions and disposals.
Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal team.
Ability to start immediately or at short notice.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
