Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment
• Expertise in resume screening and interviewing
• Strong consultative and sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to work remotely and manage deliverables independently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
