Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for designated roles across multiple functions
• Partner with hiring managers to define competencies and success metrics
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to engage high-caliber talent
• Represent Grüns in the market as a brand ambassador
• Maintain high-touch, high-transparency candidate experience
• Track pipeline health, hiring metrics, and time-to-fill
• Maintain Greenhouse with exceptional data integrity
• Build proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Support onboarding and cross-functional People initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience in ecommerce or high-growth environments
• Proven track record of identifying and closing top talent
• Exceptional judgment in assessing talent
• Strong communication skills with candidates and stakeholders
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in fast-paced environments
