Job description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and online communities
  • Review resumes, screen applications, and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and prepare progress reports
  • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Support senior recruiters with administrative and business partnering activities

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or Communications
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable mindset suitable for a fast-paced start-up environment
