Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple verticals, aiming for a 14-day time-to-hire
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience, ensuring feedback is provided within 24 hours
- Source and screen high-quality talent for remote roles across various geographies
- Drive recruitment improvement projects and enablement initiatives to optimize the hiring engine
- Make data-driven decisions to provide hiring managers with high-quality shortlists
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for multiple open roles simultaneously
- Experience hiring for remote positions across different global regions
- Advanced English communication skills
- Proficiency with AI and automation tools to increase recruitment speed and efficiency
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable
- Ability to work with 4-6 hours of overlap with US Central Time
Benefits
- Fully remote work environment
- Competitive compensation: $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days, increasing to $1,500 USD/month thereafter
