Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple verticals, aiming for a 14-day time-to-hire
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience, ensuring feedback is provided within 24 hours
  • Source and screen high-quality talent for remote roles across various geographies
  • Drive recruitment improvement projects and enablement initiatives to optimize the hiring engine
  • Make data-driven decisions to provide hiring managers with high-quality shortlists

Requirements

  • Proven experience recruiting for multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Experience hiring for remote positions across different global regions
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Proficiency with AI and automation tools to increase recruitment speed and efficiency
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workable
  • Ability to work with 4-6 hours of overlap with US Central Time

  • Fully remote work environment
  • Competitive compensation: $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days, increasing to $1,500 USD/month thereafter
