About the Company

Tech Garden is a small recruitment agency that connects IT professionals with places where they feel at home. We intentionally do things differently than large agencies, focusing on quality matches and meaningful conversations rather than mass intake or arbitrary targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360-degree recruitment cycle from initial contact to signing
• Act as a point of contact for both clients and IT professionals
• Conduct intake interviews with new clients and qualification interviews with candidates
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and clients
• Work independently to manage client assignments and candidate career progression

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience
• Fluency in Dutch
• Experience in IT recruitment or a strong willingness to learn the sector
• Ability to spend at least six months per year in Dubai
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships
