Recruitment & Candidate Screening Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound candidate applications from job boards like Indeed
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls
• Validate candidate qualifications, availability, and transportation requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking spreadsheets and recruitment databases
• Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the client
• Serve as the initial point of contact for inbound applicants to ensure a professional experience
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and create SOPs

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, HR support, or administrative support
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with online recruitment platforms and scheduling tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment processes
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations recruitment
• Knowledge of Amazon DSP operations
• Experience creating recruitment reports and process documentation
