Responsibilities
- Conduct video sales presentations to qualified warm inbound leads
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to qualification and follow-up
- Engage with new and existing clients, building strong relationships and maintaining a high conversion rate
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor client solutions
- Leverage AI, CRM, dashboards, and automation tools for pipeline management and performance tracking
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill development
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year successful B2C sales or customer support experience
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Professional working proficiency in English (Level C1-C2)
- Experience with CRM systems, dashboard analytics, AI tools, and sales technologies
- Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or another Slavic language preferred

- Knowledge of ADUs or residential construction
