Remote Care Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide a top-notch client experience by answering a high volume of incoming calls regarding scheduling and services
• Review and respond to a high volume of emails focused on medical records
• Triage and route calls to virtual nurses or clinic team members
• Assist with administrative tasks such as clinic reschedules
• Document client interactions using Zendesk and Vetspire
• Communicate with virtual nurses and clinic team members via Slack and Google platforms

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment within the health industry
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a significant volume of daily emails
• Proficiency in call routing and effective communication
• Experience with administrative tasks and appointment scheduling
• Familiarity with CRM software like Zendesk and Vetspire
• Proficiency with Slack and Google platforms
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals
• Comfortable being online and available for calls for 8-9 hours per shift
• Experience answering 90+ calls per shift
