Resident Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic technical advisor and point of contact for assigned enterprise customers
• Own technical account strategy, including quarterly roadmap reviews and executive alignment
• Develop strategic technical roadmaps aligned to customer business objectives and implementation milestones
• Lead technical decision-making and architecture review workshops
• Guide customers through architecture, design, and implementation choices across APIs, SDKs, and agent workflows
• Productionize advanced customer workflows by defining governance, observability, and guardrails
• Design and deliver strategic technical builds such as custom connectors, MCP servers, and Web SDK integrations
• Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure a coherent technical narrative
• Translate customer friction and enterprise requirements into engineering-ready product feedback
• Support customer governance and security motions including identity, networking, and data protection

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 7+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience
• Software development experience in Python, Java, Go, or similar modern languages
• Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, custom data integrations, and enterprise application architecture
• High AI fluency, including integrating AI into core workflows and building multi-step processes
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
• Strong technical debugging skills including log analysis and end-to-end tracing
• Deep understanding of networking, cloud/on-prem connectivity, and enterprise security constraints
• Experience in at least two disciplines: Software Engineering, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Professional Services, Support Engineering, or Solutions Architecture
