Retoucher

Responsibilities

• Retouch beauty, product, and campaign imagery to premium brand standards
• Execute markup-based revisions and feedback accurately and efficiently
• Prepare polished final files for marketing, ecommerce, and social media use
• Maintain consistency across assets, including skin tones, product textures, and lighting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including photography and marketing

Requirements

• Advanced beauty and product retouching skills
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop
• Experience working with Capture One and other professional photo editing tools
• Proven ability to execute markup-based revisions with high attention to detail
• Strong eye for color accuracy, consistency, and fine details
• Experience in photo retouching for e-commerce and lifestyle imagery

Preferred Qualifications

• High-volume retouching experience
• Experience working with premium or luxury brands
• Familiarity with fast-paced e-commerce or digital brand workflows
• Strong communication skills and reliable turnaround times
