Revenue Cycle Management Operations Lead

We combine clinical oversight with an AI-powered platform to train, enable, and support family caregivers in delivering high-quality care at home, helping health plans and government partners improve care transparency and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of revenue cycle operations for newly launched markets in Georgia and New Jersey
• Research payer requirements, workflows, and Medicaid billing regulations
• Develop, document, and implement SOPs and operational best practices
• Oversee insurance claim preparation, submission, and follow-up for home health services
• Ensure accurate coding (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10) and compliance with federal and state regulations
• Manage accounts receivable and resolve claim rejections or denials
• Transition from an individual contributor to a people leadership role as the department scales
• Hire, train, and coach future billing team members and offshore staff

Requirements

• 3-5 years of medical billing experience
• 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven expertise in home health care billing, including Medicare and Medicaid
• Experience with CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding
• Ability to build and implement billing processes and workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong research and investigative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Georgia and New Jersey Medicaid billing experience
• Experience in Home Health, Hospice, or Skilled Nursing billing
• Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
