Job description
Responsibilities
- Own revenue analytics for a portfolio of publisher accounts, managing the data story end-to-end
- Produce comprehensive Publisher Revenue reports including pre-launch baselines, post-launch performance, and revenue lift percentages
- Serve as the data lead for publisher launches by defining measurement plans and producing post-launch readouts
- Surface growth opportunities such as floor optimizations, mediation gaps, and underperforming placements
- Proactively flag revenue discrepancies, data gaps, and reporting anomalies
- Analyze demand partner health, including SOV/SOW, eCPM, win rates, and fill to inform floor strategies
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve data quality issues and instrumentation gaps
- Build scalable RevOps tooling, including automated reporting, alerting, and self-serve dashboards
Requirements
- 5+ years in ad tech, mobile monetization, revenue analytics, or a RevOps-adjacent role
- Strong SQL skills, specifically with ClickHouse or equivalent columnar query experience
- Experience with pre/post and A/B test measurement in a monetization or growth context
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in real-time, high-stakes environments requiring rapid impact assessments
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at a mobile ad mediation, SSP, or DSP
- Experience with Python or similar programming languages for data analysis
- Familiarity with ad tech reporting APIs (AdMob, Unity, Meta, etc.)
- Exposure to OpenRTB or programmatic auction mechanics
- Experience with BI tools such as Rill, Metabase, Hex, or Looker
- Experience with dbt or similar data transformation tooling
- Experience with agentic workflows for data analysis and automation
