Rider Operation Associate - Supply

Responsibilities

• Conduct the rider onboarding process and ensure accurate verification of rider documentation and profile creation
• Verify authenticity and completeness of rider documentation regularly, including identification and licenses through audits
• Manage a set of vendors in the UAE, conduct performance management, support and ensure compliance
• Manage the rider database by regularly updating new rider records and statuses, and communicate with relevant stakeholders
• Perform monthly right-to-work audits on rider documentation to achieve fleet compliance
• Provide insightful dashboards and reporting mechanisms on rider onboarding, churn, and supply management in the UAE
• Act as the first point of contact for rider queries and issues involving vendors and provide timely and effective support
• Coordinate with external teams on rider-related issues and provide regular updates, addressing issues promptly

Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced operations role
• Proficiency in English and Urdu
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Expertise in data analysis tools like Google Sheets and Excel; proficiency in BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI)
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing; good public speaking and presentation skills
• Business acumen in Last Mile Operations and strategic execution aptitude
• Team player with ability to maintain effective working relationships
