Right-Hand CEO (French Fluent)

Responsibilities

• Lead key strategic projects and CEO initiatives, such as building outreach engines, establishing partnerships, securing deals.
• Run rapid experiments and drive global launches for new products, MVPs, and business initiatives.
• Contribute to overall company strategy through market research, business intelligence, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Turn the company into a systematic growth machine by designing workflows, automating processes, and optimizing operations (using tools like Notion, Airtable, dashboards).
• Evangelize, implement and train internal teams on AI-first processes to keep Paradox as an AI-native business.

Requirements

• Fluency in both French (ideally bilingual) and English.
• Deep, genuine interest in AI; hands-on experience with advanced AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation stacks).
• Top-tier academic background (business/engineering school like HEC, ESSEC, Sciences Po, Stanford, etc).
• Experience building or scaling startups, operations teams, or growth engines.
• Excellent project ownership, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and capable of structuring scalable systems for international organizations.
• Outstanding influencing, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI native or advanced hands-on experience in process automation and integration.
• Experience in high-growth startups or edtech/learning industry.
• Track record working directly with C-level executives.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Airtable, Asana, Zapier, Hubspot, data dashboards.
