Job description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct compliance reviews, audits, risk assessments, and monitoring activities
  • Assist with compliance investigations by gathering facts, collecting evidence, and conducting interviews
  • Perform reviews of records and processes to identify potential compliance concerns or control gaps
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records related to investigations and audits
  • Track corrective actions, remediation plans, and follow-up activities
  • Support institutional audit readiness by gathering documentation and organizing evidence
  • Research regulations, accreditation requirements, and industry best practices
  • Analyze information from audits and assessments to identify patterns and trends
  • Prepare summaries, reports, and dashboards for Compliance leadership
  • Collaborate with departments across the College to support compliance initiatives
  • Assist with administration of compliance systems and workflow tools
  • Support development of compliance communications and training materials

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or three years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in compliance, investigations, auditing, higher education, or quality assurance
  • Demonstrated ability to organize information and manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and workplace technology tools
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment
