Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end conversion of the DACH region to drive predictable revenue growth
  • Optimize the sales funnel for speed and conversion by identifying and solving friction points
  • Act as a strategic bridge by translating DACH market trends into actionable product feedback
  • Build deep institutional partnerships with academic librarians and teaching faculty
  • Manage complex sales cycles from initial outreach to signed contracts

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in high-growth environments such as EdTech, SaaS, or STEM Publishing
  • Native or professional fluency in German
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • High-speed internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps primary) and a dedicated home office setup
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high-agency, proactive mindset
