Sales and Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to approximately 20,000 WhatsApp messages over a five-week period
• Provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and assist with product-related questions
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to promote products and drive sales
• Coordinate with the team to ensure 24/7 message coverage
• Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and ensuring timely resolution
• Track and document customer interactions and feedback accurately

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2C customer support or sales
• Strong written communication skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Proficiency in WhatsApp and other messaging or CRM tools
• Flexible availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends
• Minimum 15 Mbps primary internet and 10 Mbps backup internet
• Desktop/laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 and 8 GB RAM
• Noise-canceling USB headset and webcam
• Quiet, dedicated home office space

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer support, or customer assistance at large events
