Job description

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development (70%)

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients for the "Resourcing Leaders" product in the Middle East region.
  • Collaborate with the Global Commercial team to leverage existing clients suitable for the Middle East market.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Negotiate contracts, close business, and consistently meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with decision-makers to drive repeat business, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Event & Relationship Management (30%)

  • Work closely with the Community Manager and RLME community to build brand loyalty and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the RL Global Event Manager and team to ensure consistent brand growth and relevant local feedback.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events and industry meetings, building a positive brand image.
  • Attend events strategically for networking and lead generation.
  • Support event logistics and coordination to ensure successful operations.
  • Gather and communicate feedback from event participants to the broader team.

Requirements

  • Proven sales, business development, or customer-facing experience with a record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to compellingly present products/brands.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot).
  • Self-starter comfortable with autonomous, remote work.
  • Willing to travel frequently within the Middle East and occasionally to other regions for events/meetings.
