Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of government opportunities from initial qualification through to signed partnerships and paid deployments
  • Manage a revenue target focused on closing Signed Design Partnerships (SDPs)
  • Build and advance a pipeline of public sector opportunities across city, state, and federal agencies
  • Navigate complex government buying processes and multi-stakeholder environments
  • Drive momentum in ambiguous settings to convert interest into committed pilots
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into deployable solutions
  • Act as a hybrid seller and early account owner to maintain momentum post-close

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales or partnerships experience
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience selling into government or government-adjacent environments
  • Background in GovTech or public sector SaaS
  • Experience with enterprise SLED (State, Local, and Education) sales
  • Ability to operate independently in a high-agency, startup environment
